PREPARATION EVENT

We can imagine that owners or entrepreneurs would rather not see large amounts of paint in their establishment. But our experience is that this is not such a big problem, and is certainly not difficult to clean it easily again, just like after a foam party. Hereby, briefly some important points:

The precautions vary by location. Of course, we recommend moisture-sensitive materials and devices such as mirror balls, speakers, lighting, electrical outlets and monitors which are in close range to the dance floor, to be covered with water resistant materials such as plastic (or garbage bags). However, you will discover that many materials are easily removable and therefore must not necessarily be covered.
We recommend that you cover the dance floor with rubber mats or (old) carpet. This would not only prevent slippery problems, but will also ease the cleaning.
Note: Some floor can be very slippery
Assign a controller at the door to make a so-called Paint Check and to ensure that the visitors have not taken their own paint. Our paint is guaranteed safe and easy to clean. During the event loose bottles of Paint Glow UV paint are available for your guests in our Paint & Glow Shop.
During a PaintGlow Event it is recommended to work only with plastic disposable cups in order to avoid paint in the sinks.

VENUE CONDITIONS

For the show we require a stage of at least 4 feet wide and 2 feet deep.
For safety reasons, before and during the show no one except for our employees is allowed on the stage. This is why we need strong security fence in front of the stage to keep the audience away from the CO2 and paint canons.
During the show, security personnel must be close to the stage.
Next, a separate small room (3x2 meters) and / or table in the hall next to the entrance are required for the Paint & Glow store. This shop is essential for the Paint Glow Paint Party. It ensures the optimal success and is an important part of the event.
We also need two independent groups of 230 V or 16 A 5-pole 16/32 amp AC group.
The booking contract comes with the full terms and conditions. This must be adhered to / implemented. If for any reason these terms and conditions are not being implemented/ followed, we reserve the right to cancel / stop the show at any time.
We need easy access to the hall. Our equipment is quite heavy and we therefore ask the help of two employees of the location, in case that we would need to go up a staircase. The venue must provide a comfortable and secure parking.
The venue itself is not allowed to sell goods directly related to the PaintGlow tour, such as (White) suits, masks, goggles, body-paint, facial paint, Glitter paint and Glow sticks. Our Paint & Glow store with merchandise goods is an important part of the overall PaintGlow show. We are also required on European legislation to provide these protections to all visitors.
