Concerning the paint:

Does the UV paint leave stains on my clothes or my shoes?
Our paint basically does not leave stains. You would get the best results when you wash your clothes immediately after the event. However, there are always exceptions and we can not guarantee anything, so we recommend not wearing your newest outfit or shoes.

Is the paint not harmful or toxic?
No, the paint is specially designed and manufactured by professional companies and completely safe and biodegradable.

Does the paint irritate the skin or the eyes?
No, our paint is water based and therefore does not lead to irritation. However, to people with sensitive skin or skin conditions we recommend avoiding any contact with the paint.

Are you able to present documentation / instructions relating to health and safety of the paint?
All health and safety and risk assessments, disclaimers and safety data sheets can be viewed on request.

Concerning the venue / show:

How do we protect the location / hall / nightclub?
By covering transfers / outlets and devices in close proximity to the dance floor with plastic, waterproof tape or garbage bags.

How can we clean-up the best?
We recommend the use of wipes or other absorbent cleaners, buckets, towels and even a fire hose after the event. The cleaning is similar to the cleaning after a foam party. For the fastest results, we recommend cleaning immediately after the event.

Do you provide graphics for flyers / posters
Yes, we offer you a PSD file with the design of the UV Paint Glow Paint Party Poster / Flyer, where you can even add Company name / logo and date. You can use our promo video on You-Tube and promo photos as well.

Can you deliver Paint Glow to festivals, concerts and other outdoor events
Yes, we deliver and organize on request bigger shows, also with light, sound, DJs and Entertainment. Contact us for more information.

Who cleans up after the event?
The venue is responsible for cleaning up.

What safeguards products and merchandise products are available at the event at the Paint & Glow Shop?
White jumpsuit with hood, face masks, different glasses with LED lighting, for example, text or shutters, UV body paint, UV face paint, but also glitter paint, glow sticks and other products. These can be purchased in our Paint & Glow store at the event or online.

How long does the Paint Glow-show last
The show lasts about 3.5 hours, but we have do not mind few extra minutes.

Does the floor slippery get by the paint?
Yes, just like at a foam party, it may be that the floor is slippery. We work with water-based paints. To solve this problem, we recommend that you put non-slip mats or (old) rug on the dance floor.

May my guests bring their own paint?
Only when they have purchased the paint from our online shop with the Paint Glow logo. Every other paint product is absolutely not allowed in the venue. Other paint can be unsafe and unhealthy and can also cause damage to your venue. A paint check at the door is required and should be provided by someone from the venue.

What should guests wear at the event?
